Scope of Work

Inside and Out,
Same Standard

We detail aircraft interiors and exteriors, and most owners book both together. The interior is the part your passengers judge you on; the exterior is the part everyone sees first — and the one that costs you fuel when it is neglected.

What we will not do is improvise. If your aircraft has a manufacturer’s cleaning schedule or an approved-products list, we work to it. If it does not, we work to the most conservative option available.

01 — Core Service

Interior Detailing

A full cabin reset, carried out in the order that protects the aircraft — each surface taking the method that suits it.

  • Vacuuming of carpets, seats, floors and seat tracks
  • Carpet and upholstery spot cleaning
  • Plastic panel, trim and sidewall cleaning
  • Window cleaning with acrylic-safe aviation products
  • Galley, lavatory and cockpit detail
  • Odour removal and cabin freshening

02

Leather & Upholstery

Cabin upholstery is usually treated to meet flammability requirements, and the wrong product will strip that treatment away. We use products made for aircraft interiors, on the method each material actually calls for.

  • Leather and vinyl seat cleaning and conditioning
  • Fabric seat and headrest refreshing
  • Stitching, piping and seam detail
  • Seat belt and buckle cleaning

Exterior Detailing

Eight options, booked on their own or combined. A wash lifts exhaust streaking, carbon deposits, insect residue and ramp grime; polishing and a ceramic nano guard take it further, restoring the gloss and leaving a surface that sheds the next lot of dirt instead of holding onto it.

Tell us what the aircraft needs and we will quote exactly that — there is no obligation to take the full list.

Wet Wash

The full airframe washed with aviation-approved products, including belly and exhaust-track degreasing and acrylic-safe treatment of every transparency.

Dry Wash

The same finish without running water — for hangars and aprons where washing is restricted, or when the aircraft needs to go straight back on the line.

Bug Removal

Leading edges, radome, struts and spinners cleared of insect strike before it bakes on and starts etching the paint underneath.

Wheel Cleaning

Wheels, hubs and the surrounding gear bay cleaned of brake dust, grease and ramp grime — the detail most people skip, and the first one an owner notices.

Polishing

Dulled and oxidised paint brought back to depth and gloss, worked by hand or machine depending on what the finish will take.

Metal Polishing

Bare and polished metal — leading edges, spinners, exhaust stacks and trim — cut back and brought up to a mirror finish.

Scratch Removal

Light surface scratches and swirl marks refined out of the paint. Anything deeper than the clear coat we flag to you rather than chase.

Ceramic Nano Guard

A protective coating laid over the finished paint. It holds the shine, makes the surface slick so dirt and water run off it, and keeps the aircraft looking washed for considerably longer.

Programmes

Ongoing & Specialist Work

Business jet in flight

Turnaround Cleans

A fast, discreet cabin reset between flights — rubbish out, surfaces wiped, glass done, carpets vacuumed, cushions straightened. Built for operators who need the aircraft presentable again in under an hour.

Line of training aircraft at a flying school

Fleet & Club Plans

Monthly or fortnightly cleaning programmes for flying clubs, flight schools, charter operators and management companies. Priced per aircraft on a standing schedule, so training fleets stay presentable without anyone having to chase it.

Pre-Sale Preparation

For brokers and owners taking an aircraft to market. A deep interior and exterior detail timed around viewings and photography, so the aircraft presents at its best in the listing and on the day the buyer walks up to it.

Aircraft We Look After

From Trainers to
Business Jets

The aircraft changes, the discipline does not. Whatever you fly, the work is quoted on its actual condition and carried out to the owner’s approved products and procedures.

Business Jets

Light, midsize and super-midsize cabins. Interior detailing, turnaround cleans and full exterior washes, scheduled around your flight programme.

Propeller Aircraft

King Airs, Caravans and comparable types — including the exhaust staining and belly grime these aircraft tend to pick up in service.

Light Aircraft

Cessnas, Pipers and similar types at flying clubs, flight schools and private airfields. Single aircraft or whole training fleets on a standing schedule.

Helicopters

We also detail helicopters. The same principles apply — approved products only, the right method for each surface, and nothing removed that belongs to an engineer.

Process

How a Job Runs

Step 01

Quote

You send us the aircraft type, the airfield and what you need done. We come back with a written quotation — usually within one business day. No prices are published, because no two aircraft are in the same condition.

Step 02

Walk-Around

Before anything is touched, we walk the aircraft with you or your representative and photograph every existing mark, chip and stain. You know what we found, and we know what was already there. This record is shared with you the same day.

Step 03

Approvals

We confirm the product list against your manufacturer’s or operator’s requirements before anything is opened, so you know exactly what is going on the aircraft and why.

Step 04

The Work

We work in whichever window suits you — daytime, evening, overnight or over a weekend. We bring our own equipment and consumables, and we leave the hangar as we found it.

Step 05

Handover

A final walk-around, a full set of before-and-after photographs, and the aircraft handed back ready to fly. Anything we noticed but could not address — a loose trim clip, a worn seal — is flagged to you in writing for your engineer.
